We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, provided it meets all return conditions.
