Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- You must provide valid tracking details after dispatch
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
Virova is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed as store credit only.

Exchanges
